No charts today. I woke up 2 hours after the open, with the market down 160pts. I put on 2 scalp trades and now I'm headed off for work. Have a good weekend. I'm looking into getting Ninja Trader because the feature that helps you analyze your trades would be beneficial to me; helping me avoid trading blowups and find the trades that work the best for me.
PL= $125 on 4 contracts
In other news it looks like IB changed some things in TWS, I'll have to explore this later.

what did they change? looks same to me
Are you considering using Ninja as your charting software (instead of QT), or as your execution platform (instead of TWS book trader? Would you please let us know what are those features that Ninja has that helps you analyze your trades?
I would strongly suggest looking into Buttontrader.
It takes a several days to grasp the basics but this front end has no equal. Very powerful and amazingly simple once you get the hang of it.
Ninja Trader is a resource hog- you will need a new computer for sure.
Buttontrader has some features that likely fit your style of trader well.
Good Luck.

Jason,
The account statement looks different and the market scanner looks different.
Jeff,
checkout ninjatrader.com for the features,
Anon,
Button trader looks good too, however the post trade analysis is what I'm looking for.
Thank you John. I *am* a Ninja Trader user. I use NT6. I believe I am familiar with its features. I was wondering which features, specifically, you find interesting.
Jeff, I like NinjaTrader’s performance analysis
